Each residence has an exterior entry landing or “front porch.” The covered open-air walkways are protected from the elements with radiant heated flooring and perforated aluminum façade walls.
These covered areas offer multiple exposures and long views to Dumbo, the East River, and Manhattan.

Neutral materials, including white oak floors, create a bright, minimal kitchen area that ties seamlessly with the connected living spaces.
Most kitchens include an oversized island with a butcher-block countertop as a focal point to gather and entertain.
Recessed downlights are positioned over the kitchen counter, and a linear pendant is suspended over the kitchen island.
Linear cabinetry features Nordic chestnut drawer faces, while stainless steel is used for kitchen sinks.

The neutral color and material palette continues from the living area into the bedrooms, which also feature white oak flooring.
Several bedrooms have direct access to covered loggias and terraces through glass doors, while others enjoy views through full-height windows.

Floors in the bathrooms are precast concrete floor tiles with fine exposed aggregate.
Dark green glass mosaic tiles line the showers, which are screened with glass partitions.
Precast concrete is also used for custom vessel sinks and vanity countertops by Concrete Collaborative, while a matte lacquer finish is applied to the full-height vanity cabinets.
Other fixtures include a Watermark satin chrome shower head, bath spout, sink faucet, and shower bar, as well as a white ceramic bathtub and a Louis Poulsen wall-mounted decorative sconce.

Space
Every home offers expansive outdoor space, some with as many as four distinct exterior terraces.
The vast majority of outdoor spaces are covered loggias, which are afforded additional privacy and weather protection by the screening of the undulating metal façade and are usable rooms year-round.
